1. How big/small do sizes run?
All of our items are unisex and are made to give you a loose, comfortable fit. If you like your clothes tighter then we suggest sizing down and if you like oversize then size up.
2. How long does an order take to process?
We try our best to work as quickly as possible and give you a quick turn-around. We usually process orders 1 to 2 days. We want to get you your orders right away!
3. How long does shipping take?
Once we drop off orders to the USPS it’s out of our hands to control shipping timing. However, from our experience once we drop off orders our customers receive their packages the next business day or 2-3 days at most.
4. Do you offer pick up/curbside?
At the moment we do not offer pick up or curbside pickup.
5. What’s your return policy?
We don’t accept any returns especially right now with COVID. If you receive a damage good please contact us email@example.com
6. Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we don’t ship internationally only in the US. However, we are working on changing that, and hope to have international shipping available soon.
7. What payment options do you offer?
At the moment we accept payments through Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Apply Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
8. Do you offer after pay or any payment plan?
Unfortunately, at the moment we don’t but that’s an option we might incorporate later in the future.
9. Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you do not. Creating an account makes it easier and quicker to place an order since you’re able to save your shipping, billing, and payment information.
10. Can an order be modified?
Once you’ve placed an order if you have any questions please make sure to send us an email right away to firstname.lastname@example.org or a dm on Instagram.
11. Do you offer any discounts, deals, specials?
Yes, we do! Make sure to sign up to our newsletter where we share discount codes, specials, deals, and bundles. Follow us on Instagram for the latest too.
12. Will you be re-stocking your collections?
Yes, we will be re-stocking certain items not all. So, if there is something you’re eyeing get it while you can. Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when we do any re-stocks!
13. Why should I sign up for your newsletter?
