Shipping 

Please allow 1-3 days for processing after the purchase of your order. 

If a shipping address is misspelled and is sent back to us, it is the customer's responsibility to pay the additional fee for re-shipment. Undeliverable addresses include mail not reaching its intended recipient due to the address being incorrect, incomplete, missing PO Box number.

USPS First Class: 2 - 3 Weeks
USPS Priority Mail: 1 - 2 Weeks

STOLEN / LOST PACKAGES

We are not liable for any missing, damaged, or stolen packages once your order is shipped. For these issues please contact USPS directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

Due to COVID we do not offer any exchanges, returns or refunds – all sales are final.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

All items are checked before they’re sent, but in the unlikely case of a damaged piece or if you have received the wrong item please email us including your order number at info@ixtapparel right away. We're more than happy to review any issues if your item arrives damaged. The item must be unused.
